Position Overview
The Marketing develops and executes strategies to promote Youngblood Magazine across all channels. This role works closely with the Creative Director to ensure consistent brand messaging, expand readership, and drive engagement with content, events, and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with Youngblood’s mission and aesthetic.
- Manage promotional campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with Creative and Editorial teams to highlight new content and features.
- Analyze engagement metrics to optimize campaigns and audience growth.
- Oversee marketing budgets and resources.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in marketing, preferably in media, fashion, or cultural industries.
- Strong knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset to develop innovative campaigns.
Compensation
This position is paid through a stipend, which will be distributed when new issues of Youngblood Magazine are released. The stipend amount is based on available funds after each issue is released.
